Refund Policy

Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided your Thinkific course progress shows less than 10% completion at the time of your request. Course progress is tracked automatically by Thinkific and includes all lessons, practice questions, the review test, videos, and the cram guide. To request a refund, email hello@avaprolicensing.com with your order confirmation. Refund requests submitted after 7 days, or where course progress is 10% or greater, will not be approved. This product is exam preparation material only. It is not a state-approved pre-licensing course, and completing it does not guarantee a passing result on your state licensing exam.
