AVA Pro Licensing provides online insurance exam preparation content, including videos, practice questions, slide decks, and cram guides. The Service is for educational purposes and does not guarantee a specific exam result except as expressly stated in the Lifetime Access Guarantee.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course.
4. Purchases & Refunds
All purchases are billed at checkout. Because of the digital nature of the Service, refunds are governed by our published refund policy and the Lifetime Access Guarantee on the Guarantee page.
5. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Service for personal exam preparation. You may not share login credentials, redistribute content, or use the Service to build a competing product.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software are owned by AVA Pro Licensing or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific exam outcome will be achieved.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVA Pro Licensing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
